Wartberg Hill with Lookout Tower
The 308 m local hill with a 12th-century lookout tower (22.5 m), vineyards and a 360-degree panorama over Heilbronn.
The Wartberg is Heilbronn's iconic local hill. At 308 meters stands the squat Wartberg tower from the 12th century, once a watchtower of the free imperial city. From the 22.5-meter platform the view stretches across the city, over the Trollinger vineyards and, on clear days, all the way to the Black Forest. The surrounding slopes are famous Trollinger and Lemberger vineyards.
