Heilbronn Wine Tour - Trollinger, Lemberger and the Wartberg Slope
Heilbronn is the oldest wine town in Württemberg. Trollinger and Lemberger are the essential Heilbronn grape varieties, the Wartberg and Klingenberg the most important slopes, and the winegrowers' cooperative the central wine address. This wine tour leads through all three anchor points plus Heilbronn's 'Besen' wine-tavern tradition.
Day 1 - Wartberg and downtown
- 10:00
Wartberg wine walk
The climb from the Trappensee through the Heilbronn Trollinger and Lemberger vineyards up to the Wartberg tower. Over two hours of walking with a stop at the lookout tower.
- 13:00
Lunch at the Wartberg Restaurant
A panorama terrace, regional cooking and a curated wine list focused on Heilbronn Trollinger and Lemberger.
- 15:30
Genossenschaftskellerei Heilbronn
A vinotheque with tastings. Here you can work through the whole Württemberg Trollinger range. Plus a wine shop for gifts.

Both addresses have a careful wine list focused on Heilbronn growers.
Day 2 - Klingenberg and the Besen
- 10:00

The Heilbronn wine district par excellence. Steep slopes above the Neckar, Trollinger and Lemberger, and a wine trail with information panels.
